Personal Information Protection Policy
DINOS Co., Ltd. ("the Company") values customer's personal information and complies with the 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection'. The company informs you of how your information provided is used for which purpose and what measures are being taken to protect your personal information through the personal information protection policy of the company.
The Company will disclose the notice through the Notice on Website (or individual notice) when it changes the personal information protection policy
This policy comes into force from 1th September 2024.
The company collects the following personal information for membership registration, consultation, service application, etc.
- Collection items: Name, date of birth, gender, login D, password, home address, mobile phone number, occupation, resident registration number
- How to collect Personal information: Homepage (membership registration), membership registration through phone/fax
The company utilizes the personal information collected for the following purposes
① Member management
- The company will destroy the relevant information without exception and delay when the purpose to collect and use the personal information has been achieved, such as member authentication, individual identification, prevention of illegal use of disqualified member, checking subscription intention, checking age and treatment of civil complaints.
- In principle, the company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collection and use of the personal information has been achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.
① Destruction procedure
- The information entered by the member for membership registration, etc., will be transferred to a separate DB (separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) after the purpose has been achieved, and will be destroyed after storage for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to the period for retention and use).
- Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than retention by the law.
① Destruction method
- Personal information saved in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.
- The company does not provide users' personal information to the outside in principle.
- However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
- When the user agreed in advance
- When the investigation agency requests to provide the relevant personal information in accordance with the applicable law or regulations.
The company does not consign your information to external companies without your consent.
If such a need arises in the future, we will notify you of the consignee and the contents of the consignment and obtain your consent in advance if necessary.
Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time and may request termination of subscription.
Users can change or modify member information by clicking 'Change Personal Information' (or 'Edit Member Information'). (For withdrawal of consent, you can click “Membership Withdrawal” to go through the identity verification process and then directly view, correct or withdraw)
Or, if you contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing by phone or email, we will take proper action without delay.
If you request correction of errors in personal information, we will not use or provide your personal information until the correction is made. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the result of the correction will be notified to such third party without delay so that the correction can be made.
The Company handles the personal information canceled or deleted at the request of the user as specified in the "Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information Collected by the Company" so that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
In order to protect customer's personal information and to handle complaints related to personal information, the company appoints the relevant department and personal information manager as follows.
① The company is responsible for the handling personal information, and appoints the person in charge of personal information protection as follows for the handling of complaints and remedies of the customer in relation to processing the personal information.

Terms and Conditions of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to define rights and obligations of the user and service provider and other necessary matters in the use of the member service (“the Service”) provided by the homepage of DINOS Co., Ltd (“the Service Provider”).
① These terms and conditions disclose the notice on the service screen to the customers and take effect when the user who agrees to the notice subscribes the service.
② If deemed necessary, the service provider may change the contents of these terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions will be notified on the service screen so that users can check them directly.
③ If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may stop using the service and cancel his/her membership registration. If the user continues to use the service, it is deemed to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions take effect in the same way as the preceding paragraph.
④ If the user agrees to the contents of these terms and conditions, they will be applied first to the service provider's service provision and the user's service use, and these terms and conditions takes precedence over the personal information policy provided by the service provider. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be subject to the Basic Act on Telecommunications, Personal Information Protection Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, ETC, Review Regulations of Korea Communications Standards Commission, Information & communication Ethical Code, Program Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations and commercial practice of Korea.
Article 2 (Effectiveness and change)

② If deemed necessary, the service provider may change the contents of these terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions will be notified on the service screen so that users can check them directly.
③ If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may stop using the service and cancel his/her membership registration. If the user continues to use the service, it is deemed to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions take effect in the same way as the preceding paragraph.
④ If the user agrees to the contents of these terms and conditions, they will be applied first to the service provider's service provision and the user's service use, and these terms and conditions takes precedence over the personal information policy provided by the service provider. Article 3 (Definition)
① The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
1. User: Members and non-members who access the service and receive services provided by the service providers
2. Member: A person who accesses the service, agrees to these terms and conditions, is issued an ID (unique number) and password (password), and has undergone verification procedures such as text authentication
3. Nonmember: A person who uses the services provided by the service provider without registering as a member
4. ID (unique number): A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the service provider for member identification and member’s use of the service
5. PASSWORD: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user to protect his/her information
6. Termination of these terms and conditions: The service provider or member expresses the intention to terminate these terms and conditions after using the service
② The definition of terms used in these terms and conditions is subject to the relevant laws and service guides, except for those specified in paragraph 1.
Article 4 (Constitution)
These terms and conditions are established by the consent of the user to the contents of these terms and conditions and the approval of the service provider to the user's application for use.
Article 5 (Application for use)
Application for use shall be prepared in a way that the user records personal information in the application form requested by the service provider on the member information screen of the service.
Article 6 (Acceptance and refusal of application for use)
① The service provider may accept the application for use according to the bylaws when the applicant applies for use by accurately filling out the form specified in Article 5.
② In the following cases, the service provider may restrict the use of some services until the reason for restriction on the application is resolved.
1. When the contents are found to be false (borrowed name, non-real name), or there is a rational reason to suspect such false.
2. When deemed necessary by the service provider.
③ The service provider may restrict application for use in the following cases.
1. When the user did not apply with his/her real name;
2. When the user applies for use in the name of another person;
3. When the content of the application form is written falsely;
4. When an act or expression of intention of the user violates the purpose of the website;
5. When the applicant applies for use for the purpose of hindering social well-being and public morals; or
6. When other requirements for application for use prescribed by the service provider is not satisfied.
Article 7 (Change in agreement)
The member can view and modify his/her information at any time through member information management. The member must make correction when the information entered at the time of application for use is changed, and the member is responsible for any problems arising from failure to modify the information.
